Pros

Great mission and vision that gets lost in the day to day stresses of running a school. Staff is fantastic but the organization is definitely lacking in leadership.

Cons

Expect lots of being told what to do with no collaboration or way to express your own opinion, advice, or direction. Zero room for work/life balance.

Pros

Harlem RBI really works hard with in and out the community to reach youth of all ages. They are very involved in the academic part of their players as well as their employee's.

Cons

I have no cons about my experience there.

Pros

There is a strong connection to the community and a sense of doing good. Staff and management enjoy friendly relations.

Cons

High expectations and high pressure on staff make it a stressful place to work. Must be willing to work long hours for non-profit pay.
