      Pros

      performance based raises, good salary levels, DREAM staff are amazing, DREAM's model works to serve students.

      Cons

      top-heavy senior management, poor work-life balance culture, staff culture feels corporate, staff feedback not being incorporated as organization grows.

      Pros

      Middle management is elite and could work in top level leadership roles at other organizations. These are the people keeping the organization running and keeping staff here and children safe.

      Cons

      No one in the top roles could be considered experienced in their field. School safety has become a challenge. For many years, the organization has continued to lose their best employees because they get burned out after poor treatment by the heads. That's led to poor collaboration across the company, hiring replacements with no experience, and decisions with no long-term strategy. The back office is a challenge for the school, from self-absorbed fundraisers to hiring teams with no experience to poor customer service across all teams.

      Pros

      Great mission and vision that gets lost in the day to day stresses of running a school. Staff is fantastic but the organization is definitely lacking in leadership.

      Cons

      Expect lots of being told what to do with no collaboration or way to express your own opinion, advice, or direction. Zero room for work/life balance.
