      Pros

      Decent compensation including PTO for office staff, people really believe in the mission.

      Cons

      Serious white savior vibes, office staff are forced to do exactly what teaching staff do for no reason other than teaching staff have to (like a new dress code, more in-person days), no work life balance, the Peter Principle is in full force, it's very clique-y.
