Pros

* Dynamic learning environment: The fast-paced startup culture offers continuous opportunities to develop new skills and grow professionally. * Impactful mission: Contributing to a product that has a meaningful purpose, such as public safety and AI-driven solutions, is incredibly rewarding. * Personal growth: The challenges of working in a startup foster both personal and professional development. * Innovative projects: Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and exciting projects makes the work engaging and fulfilling. * Collaborative team: A supportive and motivated team environment that values innovation and creativity.

Cons

* Work-life balance: Maintaining a consistent work-life balance can be challenging in a fast-paced setting. * Steep learning curve: The rapid pace and dynamic nature of the work require constant adaptability, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. * Resource constraints: As is common in startups, we are very limited with resources that leads to occasional workload pressures. * Below-market compensation: Salaries may not always align with industry standards, reflecting the resource limitations of a startup.

Pros

-Abnormally high salaries for entry level positions -Great people to work with and a fairly decent culture

Cons

The CEO is a habitual liar and complete idiot when it comes to the actual sales operation and process. He has lied to multiple investors regarding product timelines, expectations and ROI. There are numerous accounts that have backed out of high priced contracts because he couldn't develop and ship the products in the timeframes specified (the company was sued by the Utah Department of Education a few years ago). The employees have been receiving their paychecks via Zelle and Cash app (most often late) since June 2024 because he failed to meet the financial requirements of the previous payroll system. Because of this, no one has seen an actual check stub since. When employees asked wether the taxes from their checks were still being paid, he replied "it's a difficult subject that I will tackle once January comes". As great as the pay may be, this is a complete sinking ship that will more than likely bankrupt soon. Save yourself the trouble, trust me.
