Pros

The mission is needed. The people are passionate, especially over the last few months. There is always a challenge in school safety, and Drift Net is trying to bridge the gaps in security solutions. The people are work with, today, despite everything we've been through, are competent, hard-working and devoted.

Cons

There have been speedbumps with payroll, benefits and management. Typical start-up pains that have been turned into growth opportunities.

The community is very welcoming and supporting. If you show up with honesty and effort you will do well. Management is very into developing the employees careers in a genuinely caring manner. The mission of the company is noble and motivating.

Cons

The bureaucratic processes are a bit slow. Work from home is not an option if that is something that you're looking for.
