Pros

Nothing, this place is an absolute joke of company. They pay you sometimes and you have to lie constantly. You will never know what you are actually doing since management gives no directions. Oh I forgot this is the pros.....

Cons

This company is an absolute worst job you can ever have. Do not pay you lie to you constantly about benefits. Management is a joke. You do not get paid for your work and expect you to come in. I have worked here since 2021 to 2024 run from this place as far as possible!

Late or no pay for unrealistic demands from CEO

Pros

- Work was good learning experience at one point. - Great team members to work with at the VP-level and lower (not Director or C-Suite level).

Cons

- No 401k benefits. - No bonuses. - CEO let health insurance coverage lapse twice in a year without notice while deducting from paychecks. Despite saying employees would be reimbursed, requests made for said reimbursements would be ignored. - Frequent late pay (about 10 times in the last 2 years according to longer-term employees). - Employees are required to come into work despite the CEO never being there. - CEO will not provide legitimate paystubs or W2 forms as legally required. - Lack of transparency in all regards. - CEO uproots promising projects in favor of his unreasonable, uneducated projects. - When issues arise, CEO places blame on others despite most problems being caused by his decisions/discretion. - CEO takes no input of operational improvements despite not having any experience, education, or knowledge on the subject being proposed. - Multiple lawsuits against the company have constricted capital availabilty.

unlimited PTO, good health insurance plan options, friendly coworkers, managers trust you to work independently (no micromanaging), hitting stride now and growing consistently

Cons

growing pains, turnover in HR position let things slip through the cracks.
