- Poor cleanliness standards. - Manager was a hypocrite that would say we had to follow the rules but he never did. - Horrible shift scheduling, the manager would purposely schedule himself and his favorite staff as early as possible so they could go on break or go home right as the rushes were about to start, and instead of practicing his lessons the manager would never prep any stations before leaving and wouldn't tell anyone when we were out of something doubling order times mid lunch rush - Problematic staff being given way to many chances when they broke every single rule, even left mid shift and was given a slap on the wrist because the manager didn't do the proper paper work to properly fire this employee causing headaches for me and everyone else in the building. including customers.
