No job security, culture of gossip, backstabbing, second guessing, poor management No wonder they are losing government contracts Because of chaotic performances by negative employees

If an employee experiences a perceived negative experience, they are strongly encouraged to report it to management and/or Human Resources. They pay well. The workload is light. The expectations are low and you may find it a perk that the job is not challenging.

Cons

Many items discussed during interview weren't true. An example would be being open to process improvements and job role.
