DRT does have a good vision and provide competitive pay and benefits

Cons

Backstabbing and finger pointing culture where Senior Management lacks to provide assistance to solve problems. The turnover at this company is off the charts over 30% in 2021 and I have seen over 7 VPs come and go in my short 2 years at DRT. Most recently the CEO stepped down. There is not much room for advancement. Most management positions are filled from external candidates. My annual review was conducted by someone who I have not had mucin contact with and had no idea what what my roles and responsibilities where, let alone how I was performing. In addition, I have witnessed several accounts of unethical behavior by senior management.

I accepted the job because they offered a work from home position. The schedule can be flexible as well.

Cons

I thought there would be enough support for us and great communication with the management. But I was disappointed how the processes were, and there was very little to no communication at all. It ws stressful not getting what you need for work.
