For the first time in my career, I enjoy tons of collaboration at my workplace. I’m constantly learning from the more experienced coworkers. Managers are competent and set clear standards, so you don’t design in chaos. What’s more, we get a great benefits package from day one.

Cons

Not a slow-paced environment – there’re a lot of tasks to juggle at once.

Great place to work! Strong leadership and great culture. Wonderful work/life balance and teams who look out for each other.

Cons

This year has been tough for government contractors, but DRT has done a great job communicating with employees and working to be resilient.
