A supportive tone that makes tough days feel manageable. The staff here is kind, and the environment is built around encouragement and teamwork.

People leave because of the cruelty at the top

Pros

I came in hoping for a positive experience, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I ever made.

Cons

- Management is openly hostile, abusive arrogant, and shows favoritism based on gender. - Unrealistic expectations are forced for their well-being . - The constant mistreatment and intimidation crush morale and push capable people out the door. - It is shocking that such destructive behavior has allowed these people to remain in power while leaving a trail of unhappy and burned-out staff.
