- Hostile Work Environment - As a contractor they will double your work load so you can't even focus on the role you were contracted for - Management uses intimidation practices - Skeptical of you for calling out sick or even a family emergency

Pros

I’ve been working here for a while, and one of the things I like most is that my input counts. When I bring up a project idea or suggest a process improvement, it's taken seriously. The people around me are smart and easy to talk to, and no one tries to one-up you. I’m trusted to manage my time and get the work done without being micromanaged.

Cons

Demanding schedules and tight deadlines sometimes, but the pace is generally steady
