Pros

The benefits we get are the only reason why I'm still sticking around.

Cons

DRT Strategies is a horrible company that treats its employees like objects! We aren't shown any respect, pressured into meeting ridiculous expectations, given a lot of unreasonable demands to satisfy, and constantly have our voices dismissed! You'll be made to feel useless and insignificant by the leadership, despite you and your coworkers doing all the hard work while leadership does nothing but boss people around!

Consulting Here Was Nothing but Smoke and Lies

I met a few colleagues who tried to rise above the mess, but that was the only positive.

Cons

- My expertise was constantly wasted while the company obsessed over appearances - I was paraded in front of clients as a prop to fake credibility - Behind the scenes, there was no support, no structure, and no intention to deliver real results - Instead of building solutions, I was forced to cover up failures and pretend everything was fine - The entire operation was hollow, embarrassing, and infuriating to be part of
