Pros

Team conversations are open, and I’m always part of the dialogue. I handle much of my work on my own, but I know support is close by if needed. I spend time preparing reports and requirement papers independently, while also joining group sessions to review progress. That mix keeps my work balanced and builds my confidence.

Cons

Internal systems could be updated to make workflows smoother.

Toxic drama wrapped in fake smiles

Pros

A few people really try to help each other out, which makes the stress a little easier to deal with.

Cons

Leadership pretends to be supportive but is manipulative and dishonest. I was recruited with promises of importance, only to have the role scrapped in two weeks. The places thrives on gossip, power games, and petty behavior, while fresh ideas are crushed with passive-aggressive pushback. Regular employees are decent, but management ruins everything. I was relieved to leave.
