Endless Blame and Public Shaming

Working remote offers no protection from constant tension and deeply toxic supervision.

Cons

More blaming and shaming here than in every other place I have worked combined. Escaping criticism feels impossible once a manager decides to focus attention on you for some ridiculous reason.

Interesting projects that give me the chance to use the full ArcGIS ecosystem, automation with Python, and database work. No boring or repetitive tasks. Dymanic environment where you’re constantly learning new tools and workflows. Above-average compensation.

Cons

Strict requirements and tight deadlines.
