Brilliant people around to learn from.

Cons

My experience working at DRT was profoundly disappointing. While the company mission is critical, the reality of working there was marred by toxic leadership and inhumane working conditions. There was no regard for work-life balance, and the demands were relentless. Opportunities for career advancement were essentially nonexistent. For anyone considering to come here, please stay away.

Unreasonable workload, way more responsibilities

Pros

Miraculously, the leadership bumped up my salary when it started giving me more responsibilities.

Cons

But the salary bump wasn't sufficient considering how stressful and time-consuming my role as a project manager is. The effort I have to put into my work requires significantly more time and energy, but the management does not take account of that when it is assigning me with new tasks and giving me more workload than I could reasonably handle.

Hard work is wasted, employees are mistreated

There are no pros to being disrespected and mistreated.

Cons

DRT Strategies is a horrible place to work in. Your hard work will just be wasted here because the management doesn't recognize or appreciate the efforts of the employees. In fact, most employees here are mistreated by the managers. Most of us here are verbally abused and insulted by the management on a regular basis.
