Your growth is restricted to the client feedback. There is no peer review in place. Your manager is your God.

Pros

Usually plenty of overtime. Met some nice people who remained friends and in my life.

Cons

Very cliquish. There were people that get promoted to position they are not qualified for. If you are not part of that inner circle it doesn't matter how hard you work, you get treated like dirt and never get promoted. The work load is terrible for the pay. Don't waste your time with this company.

The pay was nice. It was the reason I chose to take up this job. Money is and was a crucial factor for me.

Cons

The company didn't offer many growth opportunities. It was frustrating to realize that every effort I had put in here would lead to nothing.
