Pros

Good opportunities available to learn from top traders

Cons

Potentially a pro, but work is largely self directed. You gotta figure out yourself how you can best impact the team

We’re glad to hear that your experience has been positive and that you’re getting exposure to leadership to continue your learning. We agree that self-directed work is a good thing as we love to give our talented people lots of responsibility, support, and whatever resources they need to make an impact. Pros

The catered daily lunches are a big plus, you get to work with a lot of very smart people. Nice office.

Cons

Upper management is detached, and traders are substantially underpaid. Groups are charged "expenses" which is essentially another profit center for the partners, in addition to already low percentage deals.

Thank you for your comments. We know compensation is one of several key elements that drives employee satisfaction. We won’t see eye-to-eye with every employee on this topic, but we do aim to reward individual results and set compensation based on individual as well as team performance. We believe that our compensation framework is fair and competitive and promotes the outcomes and values we feel are important. When it comes to expenses, we regularly review how they’re allocated, look for ways to reduce them where it makes sense, and focus on how to get more productivity out of our trading strategies. It’s not always easy but we are always looking for ways to be better.
