      Pros

      DRW has great employee perks, especially for interns. The HR team arranged many fun activities and events around the city for interns. The training was great giving a deeper insight on trading. It is a great place to grow in your career and learn.

      Cons

      Not really any cons in particular. The team culture is not something I liked but again it's specific to the team.
