Pros

* Everyone is smart, and at the top of their game. Each person is a Rock Star, but nobody has an inflated ego. * Laser focus of a small company, where we all know how we contribute to the overall success. * Friendly colleagues, who all want to be here. * Great office environment, in a central location. * Best equipment, tailored to your needs. Mac, PC, Linux, whatever you need to be productive. * Very light bureaucracy, which doesn't impede or frustrate. * Great social events. * Great pay and benefits. * CEO & partners are the owners, so there are no public shareholders to appease every quarter. That allows long-term strategic planning, and "doing the right thing" rather than the absolute pursuit of profits over all else.

Cons

* High expectations mean there's pressure to deliver.
