      - Potentially good company culture outside of the group I worked in - Free food

      Cons

      - Huge lack of support from team - Zero collaboration within team - "Better than" mentality, team always put down other teams that they considered less than - Overall, very toxic environment

      Large company, mixed bag

      Pros

      There are a lot of very smart people here, people are generally ethical and the company is well capitalized.

      Cons

      The firm is still very silo’d and it’s not collaborative at all. One’s experience is most likely dependent on their team.

      The best feedback you can give us is that we’ve built an ethical and fair culture – without that, not much else matters. We definitely hear you on the fact that with so many different desks, groups can sometimes feel segmented. If you have specific ideas on where we can improve, we’d love to hear them.

      The company as a whole has a great working environment setup for employees. You have to put in your time to prove yourself and will be rewarded with good bonus.

      Cons

      Lack of upper management communication on goals for each team/silo.
