Pros

mentorships, opportunities, benefits, forward focused and take risks to improve

Cons

leadership from the top has great vision, but that can get muddled by individuals in the middle who aren't as good at leading or feel insecure, can be hard to navigate as a supporting individual but overall still a decent culture. room for improvement with inclusion of minorities as well.

We’ve started a new Leadership training class and hopefully that will help address some of the challenges you noted. We also share your commitment to hiring a diverse team and – equally important -- making sure this firm is a great place to work for everyone once they are hired.
