Pros

Lots of talented people and teams for you to work with potentially. Stable company with stable pay and great benefits. Mostly friendly trading firm with lots of activities and outings to participate in. Exposure to meaningful work, ideas, and initiatives.

Cons

Petty and vindictive HR. Company not suitable for work-life balance. Diversity here is largely superficial.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you have had exposure to meaningful projects, although it is important to us that those projects still allow for good work/life balance. As for diversity, we'll have to disagree on how the firm approaches that topic. From our work with Code Platoon and Greenwood Project to the software engineering program we run independently, we take very seriously our commitment to create opportunities and open doors for talented candidates.
