      Compensation and opportunity can vary significantly by group or asset class For junior to mid level pay not as good as it should be Senior management smart people but not great managers

      Needs management overhaul

      Freedom to do what you want, at least in my position.

      Cons

      The company has expanded beyond than a 30 people prop shop. It desperately needs a new management structure that works for its size. There is very little mentorship and management for new hires.
