Pros

-Free breakfast, lunch, and snacks -Casual dress code -Wine tastings -Above average pay

Cons

-Big egos -Moving up is based on favoritism, not performance -DRW definitely has a "good ol' boys" club, and if you end up sucking up enough to become part of it, you will be untouchable. For the many that don't - good luck.

Pros

Good company reputation within industry, exit opportunities, can potentially have lots of different options in terms of products to trade

Cons

Very saturated, hard to advance. Non-compete makes it hard to leave (though this is fairly standard in the industry). Bonus cap for first few years. Any remotely profitable desk is way overstaffed.

Pros

Good Salaries. Work on new technologies. Very friendly place to work. Free food every day.

Cons

Great place to start out of college but if you are older you are usually ignored. Management has no clue how to manage. They are more "book" managers than experienced managers. No work life balance. Upward mobility is based on "favoritism" rather than knowledge or experience.
