We’re happy to hear about your positive working experience at Vigilant. Although we understand the appeal of working from home, we designed our new offices to strengthen the collaboration and creativity that are key to who we are as a company - and we really like having everyone together! We can always be flexible when occasional things come up at home though. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Not bad but not that great.

Pros

Free breakfast, lunch, and snacks are good perks and the benefits are pretty good. Pay and bonuses are above average and you get to work on the latest technology.

Cons

The downside of working here is being prepared to work in a "high school" environment. There is a lot of backstabbing and if you didn’t work there for more than four years you are looked down on. Management is like a bunch of bullies and are very vindictive if you go against them.
