Cons

Insurance benefits suck Perks eat at your overall pay since everything is taxable in Montreal Non transferable skills No career growth Managers do not sponsor continued learning. You can't take any classroom training without getting distracted by too many pings Some managers are full of themselves and they won't give you flexibility no matter how hard you work Don't get stuck here for too long
