Pros

- great food program and staff - beautiful office - budget for employee perks and team building activities is impressive - super diverse group of people - lots of choices for coffee and beverages - best at what they do in the business, so pretty easy to feel good as an ambassador - no one is a jerk (to your face).

Cons

- lacklustre health benefits - no short term disability program - despite generous team build budget, cohesion amongst colleagues on the same team is shockingly abominable - if you plan on jumping teams, make sure your direct manager doesn’t get in your way
