- quite good salary - good benefits

Cons

- second year salary lower than first for me and no expectations of what to expect in the future - no proper training or support during the job - bad work life balance if you want to meet the expectations

Thanks for your feedback! While it's a bit role specific, as a firm we largely offer a lot of flexibility for remote work and try to prioritize being in the office when collaboration and mentoring most benefit.
