- cash bonuses, bigger if you're on teams that make money for the company - nice location downtown - catered food in the office - diverse coworkers

Cons

- soulless mission that prioritizes money over everything else - large on-premise infrastructure because they're scared of utilizing the cloud across desks even though all the engineers clamor for it - infrastructure is viewed as a line item that costs the business money, not a potential revenue maker - ancient tech in parts of the infrastructure that make reliability & security kind of a joke.. where "best practices" and new ideas go to pasture - jockeying middle managers that don't care about you and your life outside of work - extremely limited internal mobility and career growth

- Free breakfast and lunch - Usually says yes to any equipment needs or software needs - Set up for home and work office - Phone plan completely paid for

Cons

- Your happiness depends on your boss. Some great ones, some absolutely terrible. - Zero-growth strategy in Technology. Managers (likely) look at your resume and use a dart against a board to choose your title. There is no learning path or path to change your title unless you have a manager or boss that really likes you.

- Potentially good company culture outside of the group I worked in - Free food

Cons

- Huge lack of support from team - Zero collaboration within team - "Better than" mentality, team always put down other teams that they considered less than - Overall, very toxic environment
