Pros

They want to ensure you have everything you need to do your job well, and will go above and beyond to provide it to you. During the interview process, they really highlighted the entrepreneurial spirit of the company and that completely rings true. You are empower to do anything you need to succeed, as long as your idea is based in fact & research. There are a ton of super smart people here that make it a great place to grow and start your career.

Cons

Stakes are high, and the company expects a lot from you, but as I mentioned above they are willing to offer you any support you need to make sure you meet and exceed their expectations.

Pros

Trading side: Well-known and respected firm in fixed income, commodity, and currencies. Work with some very intelligent and passionate traders, software engineers, quants. Very aggressive, forward-thinking firm that is willing to put capital toward trading ideas as long as you have done your research. Company side: Free breakfast and lunch everyday, unlimited healthy snacks and drinks. Good compensation and lots of benefits if you are interested in opting-in. Lots of company events like developer speaker series, poker nights, chess, yoga classes, chair massage, wine tasting, etc. They are not stingy and is willing to spend money to keep their employees happy and healthy.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long and it can get pretty grueling. Expenses can run pretty high for the traders.
