Pros

Surrounded by very bright people pushing you to do better. Great free breakfast and lunch, solid benefits

Cons

long hours, high pressure job, but not unlike others in industry. Opportunities to move around can be slim. Fairly high turnover

Pros

I was given plenty of opportunity to do meaningful work as an accounting intern. The accounting team helped me get acclimated and learn while allowing me to actually contribute. Along with the free meals, casual dress code and generally relaxed environment, it was a great place to work.

Cons

The relatively small size of the accounting department makes it hard to say what future career opportunities DRW will have - but this is also an advantage for an intern because you get the chance to really know everyone.

Pros

Good culture and benefits. Food everyday is a good perk. Decent health care options. Results based environment allows the best people to succeed.

Cons

The environment can be very stressful at times. Employees must constantly prove themselves. There could be more of a training program.
