A private family owned company that produces electronic health record software. The company is growing quickly but still has a family atmosphere. Excellent benefits.

Cons

The company's primary market is government based. Aalthough they are working on expanding their customer base they need to work on it more. Although their benefits are good, salaries are on the low side.

DSS has Matching 401(k), competitive pay, good benefits including all federal holidays, and owners that really care for their employees.

Cons

Not a lot negative to say. Working for a company that does most of its business with the federal government can bring its own set of risks in these days of government shutdowns.
