      Pros

      Great schedule and you pay almost nothing for the medical insurance. For a growing company they've managed to maintain their small company feel. Options to work from home depending what your position is.

      Cons

      Lots of travel for certain positions.

      Pros

      DSS, Inc. actively engages in process improvements to improve the environment for its employees. They are also a strong believer in growth from within: providing advancement opportunities and promotions to its employees whenever possible and resorting to external candidates when current staff cannot fill a position. I worked at DSS, Inc. from 2010 to 2014 and held 5 different positions during that time frame, proving that they are truly interested in the well-being of their employees.

      Cons

      The company has grown quite rapidly in the last few years but appears to have a conflict adapting to an enterprise business model. There is still too much of the 'mom-and-pop' feel at times, which prohibit true creativity and expansion as some departments continue to suffer from true progress.
