This network really cares about their students and goes the extra mile to ensure that the kids are meeting their learning expectations. The teaching system is designed to be enriching and supportive. If you support diversity and inclusion, this is the right place.

Cons

Teachers are expected to be on top of their game at all moments, which ends up overloading them with a extra responsibilities, formats, and professional development workshops.

Pros

The kids are great, and I really love working with middle schoolers. The students seem excited to be at school and in the classroom. Caseloads are reasonable.

Cons

Administrative support is spotty and often stretched thin. PD and training relevant to my role and responsibilities is lacking, and has made implementing new curriculum difficult.
