Pros

I get to work with some amazing kids! The staff for the most part is great with only a few bad apples!

Cons

Poor communication from the micro managers. Not enough fun allowed within the school, and it feels more of a reformative school then a school where kids can be regular kids. The school is more worried about test scores than the kids and making them feel welcomed.
