There really is nothing good to say about this place.

Cons

Severe cronyism is practiced. They will have you develop entire programs for these losers and they steal your work put their name on it then send their sycophants all over the country to train it out to other warehouses.

Good exposure to technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, Microservices. Competitive salary and benefits. Proper relieving process with 3 months’ salary after resignation. Smooth onboarding and decent infrastructure.

Cons

Team collaboration issues Feedback mechanisms are unclear and sometimes feel subjective. Task completion expectations are sometimes unrealistic. Lack of transparent communication during probation.
