- Horrible working conditions - Working hours can be up to 12 hours a day, sometimes working until midnight or later, with no compensation in terms of money or time - You are treated as completely replaceable at any moment, your efforts will not be valued whatsoever. You will be reminded time and again that you are not doing enough and that you need to prove yourself, even after working 12 hours a day. - Management is the poorest I'd ever seen, more specifically in financial reporting - No communication - No involvement - Working in this environment will be extremely unpleasant due to the incompetence of the upper management - It's a disaster - If you are a finance person considering working here, avoid like the plague!
