Pros

Great hours and work life balance. They also provide breakfast to us on Fridays and treat their employees with great respect and integrity. They are some what rigid on scheduling. They don't provide 401(k) for the first year but then you do after that and they have employee match. They do provide full medical, dental, vision and health savings options. We have nice equipment and nice looking office environment and colleagues are professional and welcoming.

Cons

Their system is great when it works but crashes constantly since its web based. They are working on making it better.

Pros

Great, well-maintained equipment. Fantastic shop support. Unusually kind shop employees. Checks don't bounce. Excellent health benefits. Majority of the drivers, overall, seem to be sane and professional.

Cons

Upper management needs to get a clue; keeps all information a secret, even when it directly affects their drivers. Information gleaned from twice-weekly meetings does not get passed on to drivers. Pay for OTR drivers needs to be bumped up just to equal the competition. Payroll system unbelievably archaic. Recruiting department lies about Line Driver home time.

Pros

Profitable company, flexible work hours and dress code. Benefits are good. Benefits include holidays, sick days, vacation time and half days for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Cons

Upper management likes to micro-manage employees. Managers are rude; they will by-pass an employee's direct manager or supervisor when they perceive there is an issue.
