Senior leadership is not trustworthy. Culture is toxic due to lack of trust.

Pros

Great compensation and bonus structure. Hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office.

Cons

Poor leadership. Zero communication. You have to fight to be heard and when you do you’re labeled as a trouble maker instead of a person bringing real issues to the table because they are a good employee. Needs flexibility on hybrid days in office instead of set days.
