You’re going to learn a lot, the people on the teams are pretty great and the salary & bonuses are excellent
Cons
You’re going to have to go into the office 3 days a week (it could potentially be more days than that at some point it seems like) and the medical, dental, vision are not great. Also it’s extremely fast paced, which will burn you out
