Amazing colleagues Beautiful location, modern office space with paid parking Every employee is eligible for stock incentives so everyone is an owner and invested in our success

Probably not the right place for someone who wants to be 100% remote

The people are the best part.

Cons

The work/hours are not in line with with the pay. Transparency could be better. Favoritism abounds. United Healthcare is horrible.

Pros

Bonuses are very good. A lot of hard working front line employees. Community contributions and volunteerism.

Cons

3 days in the office with little flexibility. Reasons for the hybrid not consistent with reality. Trust issues up, down and across company. Understaffed with high turn over and high burn out. Inconsistent compensation across positions and offices.
