      Pros

      The benefits are good: 20-25 pto days to start off, 3 day in office hybrid, ability to work remotely for 2 weeks/year, partially-subsidized cafeteria and free drinks/snacks

      Cons

      With the arrival of the new CEO 2 years ago there have been waves of top tier resignations and restructurings. The level of base compensation is below market, although bonuses are at par.

      Not so great changes

      Pros

      People are nice, pay isn’t bad

      Cons

      Opportunities for growth, especially for women. They make women work 10x harder than men for the same goal. They made all these costly changes that are nice, but no one really asked for. Instead of listening to what employees actually want and need, they just do their own thing. Pretend to care about what staff needs but then get frustrated when employees keep insisting and complaining, and then tell you they’re not going to talk about it anymore. Try to make it seem like they care about work life balance but then management sends mixed signals…
