      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work here are: 1-Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH. Anchor days are Tues & Wed and you work it out with your manager what third day works) 2 - Benefit options are good 3 - Volunteer opportunities 4 - Staff are very nice and everyone is extremely helpful

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is parking. You have to pay for parking in a garage although they offer discounts for employees.

      Disappointed in the direction

      Pros

      The company historically cared about their employees and found ways to effectively communicate across the organization.

      Cons

      There are so many new senior people who haven’t shared their vision that even MDs and EDs struggle to craft a sustainable direction for their organizations. C-suite leaders say that they’re open to feedback then crush anyone who says something criticizing a decision or approach. The “culture of fear” is back.

      Low salary, low raises, management team is out of touch. Work load is extreme.
