- Good benefits that make it hard to leave - Great pockets of teams and leaders to work for

Cons

- Micromanaging has gone to the extreme. If you’re a developer, be prepared to justify every commit. If you’re a lead, be prepared to over report for the work you do. And if you work here, be prepared for all of your office attendance to be tracked. - CEO has implemented a command and control structure with everyone on ease. - Perks of work / life balance are dwindling - Investment more in overseas than onshore. - Very political environment in a lot of aspects. - Lack of technical advancements and slow to adopt emerging technologies

Not a great place to work for Chennai Staff members

Great place to work for US staff members with good work life balance and great salary package

Cons

There are few toxic managers with bossy attitude who treats you like their personal assistant.They don’t follow any of the DTCCs principles and degrades the organisations work culture !Not addressed even when escalated since the toxic ones are senior managers working with the org for long and they would always make it favourable for them. Expectation of collaboration hours post covid is so demanding and inhumane Chennai staff members will develop all sorts of health issues , specifically not a great place to work for women employees from chennai They eat up your prime time in the evening up until late night.
