      Marie C and a few existing leadership (from Mike days). Otherwise, nothing else.

      Cons

      Dictatorship at the top levels leads to complete burnout by Associate Directors and lower. Do as I say, not as I do culture. No collaboration when choosing systems and programs which leads to, again, burnout by the people using the terrible systems purchased. Forced in-office days to spend your whole day on Zoom. Working Directors and EDs who have no time to be actual leaders. Discrimination in promotions and hiring within. Unless you meet a DNI goal, good luck to you!

      don't need to do anything if you can blame someone else and switch projects time to time

      Cons

      works as DMV diversity is the main goal in this company. all employees take care only about their retirement, sit on their positions for 30+ years
