      Down Hill

      Pros

      Good benefits, PTO, etc. Good people that make having to come into office "just because" a little bit better.

      Cons

      Company is going down hill at record speeds. Senior management and CEO ask for feedback and then either ignore topics outright or say that it's no longer up for discussion. They like to say the word, transparency. I don't think they know what that word means. It's never been a very transparent company but they've certainly gotten worse.

      Pros

      Was a good place to work at during the start of Quarantine. Handled the full WFH transition well.

      Cons

      Office attendance feels more important than actual results or productivity. Flexibility at an all-time low. Feels like employees are not being listened to, their opinions and concerns not being considered. Recently, the office environment feels more resentful than united.
