Pros

There is a real focus on diversity within the company. There are opportunities to progress if you are a go getter.

Cons

The company likes to declare success on initiatives prematurely. There is a lot of style over substance where you build the minimum viable product and then release it and move on to something else. This leads to a lot of shoddy code and applications. If you aren't working on a high profile project, it takes a lot of effort to get anything accomplished.

Great place to learn, but not to stay past 5 years.

Cons

From my point of you the overall business plan seems to move every time there’s a new CEO. We seem to be out of line with current market trends then we play catch-up
