Management is horrible. Some departments do nothing and have employees just sitting there. For instants: product management. Some departments are overworked / self interested so they don't have time / don't care to teach you everything. They always rather hire externally then promote internally. Look for a company that will help you grow. It's all about who they like verse who possess top skills and knowledge. If your going to work there, just make sure they like you, because your skill doesn't matter. They have mass layoffs because the company is in debt. Don't apply if your in the JC office unless you are okay with a temporary job.
