No strategies or alignment in IT. Work takes months to get done. MDs are not good leaders, all have been stagnant and not willing change if it affects their very nice paychecks. Look elsewhere many to tech people have left. All new EDs or MDs leave in less the 2 years due to lack of decision making authority. Every thing is done by committee with no transparency. Needs a major overhaul but only care about keeping the lights on. Mandatory office attendance policy, departments are siloed with not trust or accountability. Run don't walk away from here if want to do anything in your IT career.
